FAQs
Sessions vary in length. Please refer to your session start and end-time. Please allow for a question & answer period within this time, and for the benefit of everyone in the audience, repeat the question so that everyone can hear what's being said. Please note that some sessions are panel discussions with one moderator and three to four speakers. Please see below for information regarding your fellow panel members. You will be notified by an Education Team member if you have a panel speaking opportunity.
As a speaker you may register for the conference and exhibit hall free of charge through the link in the task list. Speaker badges can be picked up at the Speaker Lounge (Venetian 103) beginning Monday, March 23, 2026.
It's best to arrive at the Speakers' Lounge at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation to familiarize yourself with the meeting area.

- Tuesday, March 24: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday, March 25: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday, March 26: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Certificates will be emailed to conference attendees approximately one month after the event.
If your session is a panel, your fellow panel members' contact information will be sent to you as soon as everyone is confirmed. Typically, the moderator will send out the initial communication to the panel members to get the conversation started and coordinate the format of the session. However, any panel member is welcome to begin communications and share ideas regarding the format and topics of the upcoming session.
Only Keynote sessions are recorded.
All videography must be approved through ISC Show Management. Please contact Dana Stange with your request.
Yes. All sessions utilize Rozie AI, which provides real-time translation options for attendees.
Yes. All conference attendees will receive access to a post-show report through Rozie AI, which includes:

- Presentation slides
- The official post-show report
This searchable digital platform will be available on demand after the event.
Speakers are responsible for all travel, lodging, and related expenses.
No. ISC West is a paid conference. All attendees must purchase a SIA Education@ISC single-day or four-day passport to attend education sessions.
Attendee, Expo Hall Only, and ISC Pro badges do not provide access to conference sessions.
