Keynote Series

• Day 1 Keynote: The Evolving Threat Landscape: Protecting New York and New Jersey’s Critical Transportation Assets

• Day 2 Women in Security Forum Keynote: Light Pierces Through: Lessons in Leadership Through Rescue, Recovery, and Reflection
  • Chief Theresa (Terri) Tobin was among the first NYPD officers to respond to the catastrophic events of 9/11, witnessing the absolute devastation caused by the attacks on the Twin Towers and suffering critical injuries. Chief Tobin will recount her lived experience, reflect on the enduring impact of 9/11, and demonstrate the importance of adaptability, resilience, and determination in the face of overwhelming odds.
