APPLICATION
Application Terms
The “ISC® StartUps” area is overseen by Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Inc. (“ISC Management”). Each submitted application will be collected and used by ISC Management in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://privacy.rxglobal.com/en-us.html), which is incorporated herein by this reference. ISC Management may share submitted applications with partner organizations, including, but not limited to, The Security Industry Association (SIA). Please only submit information which you are comfortable sharing with third parties.
All applications for the ISC® StartUps area are subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Only one application is permitted per each organization. Applications will not be returned. Incomplete applications will be considered ineligible. If any applicant or application is determined to be ineligible at any time for any reason, ISC Management reserves the right to disqualify the same. All decisions made by ISC Management in connection with the ISC® StartUps shall be final and binding and not subject to appeal.
Each selected recipient of space in the Startups area will be required to execute and return an exhibitor license agreement. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. All expenses and any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The individual submitting this application represents and warrants to ISC Management that (1) the information provided herein is correct; (2) such individual is duly authorized to submit an application on behalf of the named organization and (3) such individual acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained herein.
