She helped navigate the city's resilient recovery and learned many lessons in leadership through information sharing during times of crisis and reflective conversations with fellow NYPD officers, FDNY, and other public protection agencies. In this keynote presentation, Chief Tobin will recount her lived experience, reflect on the enduring impact of 9/11, and demonstrate the importance of adaptability, resilience, and determination in the face of overwhelming odds.
