SIA New Products + Solutions Awards Application Process

Step 1:  Read the NPS policies to determine the eligibility of your product or service.

Step 2:  Complete an entry form and submit it to your ISC Sales Representative. The entry form secures your space in the NPS program.

Step 3:  Once your entry form is received, our sponsorship fulfillment team ([email protected]) will follow up with you with regarding the next steps for the entry process, including a link for additional product submission details. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder for the fulfillment team’s email.

Step 4:  Present your product to the NPS judging panel during your designated timeslot. Time slot will be mutually agreed upon and will take place on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. The SIA New Products + Solutions Awards Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the New Product Showcase program, your company and new product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Each participating company must be a contracted ISC West exhibitor or meeting space exhibitor.
  2. The product or service entered in the SIA New Products + Solutions Awards program must have been released after March 29, 2023, and must be available for sale on or before the first day of NPS show judging on April 9, 2024.
  3. SIA Membership needs to be obtained at time of, or before submission of application in order to be eligible for the SIA member rate on the SIA New Products + Solutions Awards.
  4. If, after registering for the SIA New Products + Solutions Awards, a company discovers that the product or service entered will not be available for sale and shipment by April 9, 2024, its representative is required to notify the Security Industry Association (SIA) as soon as possible. The company has the option of continuing to promote the product on the NPS website, in the on-site display at ISC West, and in the NPS booklet (if prior to print deadline), but the product will not be eligible for any award. Failure to advise SIA that the product will not be available by April 9, 2024, may result in the company being disqualified from the 2024 NPS program and barred from future NPS programs for as many as 2 years.
