STEP ONE:
PRINT YOUR BADGE
Attendees will receive an email with the subject line “Print Your Badge for ISC West” the week of March 17. Download and print your badge on 8.5”x11” paper.
STEP TWO:
ID VALIDATION
Upon arrival, head to the attendee Print-At-Home station at registration for ID validation. Bring a valid government-issued ID—copies and images will not be accepted.
STEP THREE:
FINALIZE CHECK-IN
After your ID is verified, you’ll receive a sticker, along with a badge holder and lanyard. Your badge will then be scanned to complete the check-in process.
REGISTRATION HOURS
We understand that your time is valuable, so we’ve extended our registration hours to offer you greater flexibility. For a faster and more seamless check-in, we recommend stopping by during off-peak times–Monday and Tuesday are ideal, as lines tend to be much shorter.

Registration is on Level 1 of The Venetian Expo in Hall G. Look for directional signs to guide you.
While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend you do so. Printing at home lets you avoid long registration and kiosk lines and ensures a quicker check-in experience.
You'll need to stop by the print-at-home station for ID validation. Our staff will verify your government-issued ID, apply a validation sticker to your badge for show floor access, and provide you with a badge holder and lanyard. We'll also scan your badge to complete the check-in process.
You’ll get an email the week of March 17 with step-by-step instructions on how to access and download your badge.
No, the print-at-home option is available exclusively for attendees. Exhibitors will need to use the on-site registration services.
No need to worry! Visit the assisted registration area, and we’ll reprint your badge for you.
- Print-at-Home (fastest option): If you're an attendee and have printed your badge at home, simply visit this area where our staff will check your ID, apply a verified sticker, and then you’ll be on your way!
- Express Registration: Already registered but didn’t print your badge at home? Head to the self-serve kiosks to print your badge on-site. Just have your confirmation email and ID ready.
- Assisted Registration: Need to register on-site or upgrade your badge? Stop by this area, and our staff will assist you with registration, badge upgrades, and printing your badge.
